HOW RUJAK SEASONED CHICKEN IS MADE

          To make rujak seasoned chicken You have to prepare the tools and materials needed.  The main ingredient of making this food is chicken meat, here I use ½ kilogram of chicken meat.  First, prepare the ingredients that must be mashed, which are 10 shallots, 10 garlic, 4 red chilies, 4 candlenuts and 1 segment of ginger.  After the spice is mashed, heat the frying pan and pour 2 teaspoons of cooking oil, after the hot oil is added to the fine spices.  Then add salt, sugar, flavoring, shrimp paste, 2 bay leaves, galangal and Javanese tamarind water.  Saute until fragrant.

           Enter the chicken meat into the fryer after that add 400 liters of water, mix until seasoning is evenly distributed, cover the frying pan and wait for 30 minutes.  After 30 minutes, open the frying lid and stir well for a while then turn off the stove and prepare it on a serving plate. Rujak seasoned chicken is Ready to serve to be eaten with the family.

HOW TO MAKE RUJAK SEASONED CHICKEN

Ingredient :

- ½ kg of chicken meat
- 400 ml water
- 2 teaspoon oil
- 2 sheets salam leaves
- 3 cm galangal
- 1 segment of ginger
- salt, sugar, and flavoring
- 4 red chilies
- 10 shallots
- 6 garlics
- shrimp paste
- 4 candlenuts
- 2 tablespoon tamarind water

Steps :
1. Puree shallot, garlic, red chili, hazelnut, and ginger.

2. Heat the oil, then add the blended spices.

3. Add the salam leaves, galangal, salt, sugar and flavoring, Stir-fry until fragrant.

4. Put the chicken in to frying pan

5. Enter the water in the remaining spices, then pour into a frying pan with tamarind water.

6. Stir until seasoning is evenly distributed.

 7. Close the frying pan and wait for about 30 minutes.

8.  After that, open the lid and turn off the stove.

9. Finally, put it on a serving plate and a dish, the food is ready to eat.

Hunger is on the rise again globally and undernutrition continuous to effect million of children. An estimated 821 million people approximately one in nine people in the world were undernourished in 2017, up from 784 million in 2015. This represents a worrying rise in the world hanger for a third consecutive year after prolonged decline.

At Senior High School 1 Purwosari, fashion of uniform become one of the important identities for students. In this school, muslim students are required to cover their heads with a veil as an identity, all boys aren’t much different from girl’s uniforms, the boys wearing tousers, don’t forget various sttributes as a complement, where there is no difference between men and women. In addition, this school also wears batik as a uniform on Friday, with a dominant bright yellow color and unique batik. As we know, batik is a traditional Indonesian fabric. At this school, Uniform differences between seniors and juniors become it’s own advantages for students, it makes students more confident wearing uniforms that become their identities. Fashion becomes a reflection of each student uniforms can reflect his personality, in addition it can affect the comfort of students in following learning activities in class. For uniform cleanliness and neatness, every morning students will be examined by the teacher officer near the gate before entering the classroom to take part in learning, it makes students more disciplined and neatness starting for themselves.
